September is library card signup month! Apply for a library card during the month of September to enter your chance to win a Chick-Fil-A gift card! To obtain a library card, you will need a current picture ID, piece of mail, and a phone number. Children ages 0-18 need a parent or guardian present to register for a card. There is no charge for Phenix City and Russel County residents nor military with a proper military ID. If you are a resident outside of Ruessell County and outside the State of Alabama, there is a $5.00 fee (per year). The cost of a lost of stolen card is $2.00.
