The Phenix City – Russell County Library (PCRCL) will resume normal services and introduce new hours on Monday, July, 25, 2022.*
Patrons will once again be able to visit the PCRCL without time or capacity limits to enjoy the full range of library services and resources.*
Under the new hours, the library will be open:
Sunday and Monday – Closed
Tuesday through Thursday – 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday – 9:30a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Curbside service will remain available to patrons on the days the library is open. Learn more about curbside service at the library.
Public PCs will be available for use at pre-pandemic levels of 1 hour session, up to 3 hour sessions per card, per day.*
* Provided Russell County’s Covid Community Level stays at a medium category or below, according to the CDC Website.
